Michal Ufniak

Michal has been with the Company since its launch and has been instrumental in developing the IT and online marketing systems.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Michal’s main responsibility is developing New Business and New Business Systems with a particular focus on tenants. He is also responsible for maintaining both the waiting tenant database and good relationships with existing and new tenants.

Michal has the advantage of being fluent in Polish and English and can also communicate in Czech and Slovak. This has proved most useful when dealing with the growing numbers of home seekers from these communities.

His website www.Doncaster4u.pl has proved incredibly popular with Doncaster’s Polish Community, receiving between 4000 – 5000 hits per day. The number of visitors and advertisers is growing month by month and we are proud to acknowledge his high standing reputation with both the Polish community and our clients.

With his excellent IT and marketing skills, Michal provides full technical support in the day to day office environment and ensures that our properties can be easily found on today’s ‘High Street’ – the Internet.
