Teresa Galley apointed The National Landlords Association regional representative

Teresa was voted the Bradford & Bingley Property Business Woman of the Year 2008 award, based on her property portfolio, financial success and personal achievements by national reputable figures in the property field.

Her experience as a Property Developer, Landlord, Letting and Property Management Agent combined with lengthy public and private sector experience will prove useful in providing a voice for local Landlords and Agents at both a local and national level.

Working with Paul Gott the NLA Regional Organiser, local authorities and Landlord Associations, Teresa will be monitoring the performance and policies of local and regional government bodies to monitor the impact of national housing policies within the Region.{mosimage}

Teresa states, “The private rented sector faces a wide range of issues, including the introduction of the local housing allowance, (LHA), proposed licencing etc. that affect not only Yorkshire but the private rented sector as a whole. It is great to be part of the NLA who are the largest National Landlords Association and to be able to contribute to making effective changes that positively benefit all local stakeholders.”
