Galley Properties bags exclusive NHS Contract

Galley Properties will be the sole recognised supplier of Lettings and Property Management, on the Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust Intranet.

This Foundation Trust has around 20,000 local members that use their Intranet site on a regular basis when going about their day to day duties. The Trust acknowledges the benefits of buying local and as such is encouraging the use of local suppliers.

Teresa Galley, director of Galley Properties said, “we have already helped a substantial number of medical staff find suitable homes to rent, from local nurses to Consultants moving to the area for fixed term contracts. From now on, any member of staff looking for property to rent, will be directed to our website via their own intranet. As the exclusive recognised supplier, we aim to continue to provide the same level of service and build on our reputation to date. Also, it has to be remembered that a significant proportion of the medical profession also invest in property, viewing it as a long term investment. We can provide a full managed service for them so that they can concentrate on their medical career, knowing that their property is in safe hands.
