Free Landlord Information Seminars
As an added extra service to our Landlords, Galley Properties are starting a programme of Information Seminars designed to help and inform Landlords regarding a range of topical issues.
The Seminars are being offered free to Galley Properties Landlords, and each Landlord may bring a guest free of charge. There will be a nominal charge for additional guests. Refreshments will be provided and there will be the opportunity to network before and after each Seminar.
The groups are being restricted to small numbers so early reservation of your place is highly recommended.

This seminar is designed to cover issues relevant to women who work in the property industry, whether this is as a developer, a landlord or an agent. Serving Notice & the Process for Regaining Possession of your Property – 25th June 2009 6pm
Guest speaker Victoria Moffat of Taylor Bracewell’s Solicitors will be offering sound advice and guidance on the regulations regarding serving notice. This is essential knowledge for all Landlords and aims to help the Landlord avoid common pitfalls when needing to seek possession of their property.
Landlord Good Practice – 23rd July 2009 6pm
The aim of all Landlords is to ensure that their properties are always fully let, whilst there are no 100% guarantees, following some sound advice from experienced Landlords may help to keep your tenants happy and reduce your void periods.

Our guest speaker will be on hand to talk you through all aspects of financing your property investments.
