Demand for property in Doncaster is still growing

August is traditionally seen as a quiet month according to most Estate Agents.
Galley Properties have just recorded another record month for new lets. In an independent vizzihome survey* The office with the most properties with up 4 bedrooms and up to £1,000pcm that have been Let Agreed  for the 3 weeks up to 12 August in DN1,DN2,DN3 & DN4 is Galley Properties.

Teresa Galley states, “I can’t thank the staff enough for all their hard work in letting all these properties so quickly – but more importantly finding such nice tenants. It’s a shame that we don’t have more properties in these price brackets available as we are letting them so quickly.”

*Based on an independent survey of property websites undertaken by vizzihomes, the independent industry market research provider. Properties have been Let/SSTC or under offer.
